All Quotes are always subject to a site survey.
Quotes are always free unless you still want us to come out after a quote has been given.
(via any of the above means) but then you decided not to go ahead,
there will be a call out charge which is to be paid on the day of the glazier attending.
We only keep any details for up to 90 days for quotation's only, if you choose not to go ahead your details are destroyed.

By law, the glass pane is large i.e. a sliding door or the panel next to it- the glass has been heat treated, known as toughened safety
glass (as per British Standard BS EN 12600/2002 (previously BS 6206).
Unfortunately, it is impossible to cut this type of glass - It Must be Replaced with a new panel specifically manufactured to your home's specifications with a Petdoor hole pre-cut.
Laminated safety glass is unsuitable for any pet door installation
Cutting into your door:
Where the glass pane is not large enough (therefore not toughened) we can easily install the cat flap into any window in the house or we
can replace with a upvc panel (please click here to see our gallery for this option).
Access to your home:
Our team will need to come to your home to measure the glass during business hours
(please click here to see our fitting hours), once on order at the manufactures It will then take
approximately 7-10 working days to be processed at the manufactures.
(This Does NOT INCLUDE WEEKEND’S, BANK HOLIDAY’S CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR)
When we have your glass back from the manufactures and all your materials that is required for your job,
we will then contact you to arrange fitting time and day.
We would normally like this done within the next 5 -7 days after we contact you for fitting.
Anything over 2 weeks there will be a small storage fee or £20.00 for the 1st week and £10 every week there after,
and we take no responsibility while any glass is being stored
If it’s a cut out in your door (not glass) or a New UPVC Panel that you want, we would only need a few days notice.
This can be done in one visit to your home to swap the panel over and fit the cat or dog door. Cut outs in Composite doors are at customers own risk.
**If you wish to book up more than 2 weeks in advance the is now a small fee for holding your appointment time.
Which will be taken from the cost of the job when collecting the deposit.
(This is due to customers Cancelling at the last minute or even not being at home)
ARE YOU GOING AWAY ON HOLIDAY?
If you are planning to go away, and you would like a pet door fitted, please Allow at Least 3-4 weeks before
you are due to take your break, this is to stop any disappointment
if your glass is delayed at the processor’s or unforeseen reasons that may occur.
It will normally take approximately 7-10 working days to be processed at the manufactures.
(This Does NOT INCLUDE WEEKEND’S, BANK HOLIDAY’S, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR) .
Once you have given us the go ahead to carry out the work, we will require a 50% Deposit of the total cost.
**(Please note that you are very welcome to purchase your own pet door and we will be happy to fit it for you at no extra cost).
The outstanding Balance is to be paid on the day of completing the job, via Bank card payment or Bank Transfer
(this will need to be done before we leave) (Note* that deposits are none refundable once materials have been ordered).
If for any reason you need to cancel please give at least 24 Hours notice, this maybe done by a phone call,
this is the best way that we can be GUARANTEE that there is no miss understandings.
If you Fail to give notice or be at the property when our team arrive
there will be a Admin charge which you will be required to pay.

We have a Zero Tolerance to Abusive Customers and we will terminate the call and in very extreme circumstances
we will terminate any of the Services, These Customer Who have failed to read and or misunderstand our Terms and Conditions,
and or who have misunderstood other information given prior to the start of the provision of the Services which was agreed upon.
We try our up most to make sure all customers are completely happy with our Services.

Your Original Glass or UPVC Panel
You keep the original glass when we take it out:
This will help keep the cost down for you should you require to put it back into your door.
Please note ..
We do not replace any original glass that breaks.
That the removal of your original glass is at your own risk..
We Don’t Not and Can Not Guarantee that your glass wont break,
This is due to many factors.
If you require us to dispose of your OLD GLASS for you,
there will now be an Environmental Charge for us to do this,
This will now include ALL GLASS removals (unwanted and misted dg units)
Cat Flap that Are Purchased from us:
**You will be required to Register your Cat/Dog Flap with the Manufacturer ASAP,
in the event of any issues that may occur with them in the future.
Upon registering you maybe ask for the following question see below.
1. Date of Purchase (Date of fitting – the date you paid for it or when you purchased the flap)…
2. Place of purchase (our trading name or where you purchased it from)…
3. Price you paid (what we charged you for your flap)…
4. Size of You Flap (small, medium or large ? you may also be asked what model you flap is)
5. Your details, -Name, Address and Contact Details and your permission for them to keep your details on their system.
**We hold NO WARRANTIES for any of the Cat/Dog Flaps that you purchase from us,
(We will source one for you on request).
We will fit one that you have if suitable.
**All Warranties are held by the Manufacturer.
**All Warranties are left with You on the day of Fitting, in the Box of the Cat/Dog flap that
you requested us to purchase for you.
We no longer supply any microchip cat flaps,
you the customer are required to supply these yourself
which we are happy to fit for you
**Once fitted it is your responsibility to take care of your Warranties and make sure you
Value date your Warranties with the Manufacturer.
** All SureFlap Microchip Cat Flaps and Pet Doors will require
(4 x AA for Cat flap or 4 x C for Pet doors. Batteries not included)
